Glenda Hagman, PA-C
Glenda grew up in a small town in Wisconsin, but fell in love with Texas as a child after visiting family on several occasions. She moved to Texas “as soon as she could” and graduated from the University of Arlington with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology in 2003. She was then accepted at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth and graduated in 2006. She is currently board-certified with a Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies. Glenda has been working as Dr. Aggarwal’s physician assistant since September 2006. When Glenda is not working at the Texas Pain Institute she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
Puja Sakhrani, PA-C
Puja grew up in India and moved to the United States at the age of 11. She received her Bachelors degree in Biomedical Sciences and Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of South Alabama. She has been practicing as a Physician Assistant since 2009 and has served on the admissions committee for University of South Alabama’s Physician Assistant Program since 2010. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, reading, and traveling.
Erin Herrmann, PA-C
Erin graduated from the University of North Texas in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She went on to earn her Master of Physician Assistant studies at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX in 2014. She worked in orthopedic surgery before joining Texas Pain Institute in 2015. Although not a native Texan, she considers Texas home. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and working out.
Krista Qualls, NP
Krista graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2004 with her Bachelors of Nursing degree. From there she direct commissioned into the Navy as a Nurse where she feels she owes all her training to the Navy Nurse Corp. After 11 years of bedside nursing, she returned to school and received her Masters in Nursing in 2017 from South University in Savannah, Georgia. She is currently board-certified as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. Krista is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society of Nursing and the North Texas Nurse Practitioner Association. During her time off time, she enjoys watching her children play sports, traveling with her family and training her new puppy, Lucy, to become a therapy dog.
Chloe Williams, FNP-BC
Chloe completed her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at the University of New Hampshire in 2007 where she was also a member of the Track and Field team. She earned her Masters degree at the University of Texas at Arlington in 2018. She has a broad nursing background ranging from Medical-Surgical, Stroke Step-Down, Neurological ICU, Cardiac ICU, Emergency Room and Post Anesthesia Recovery. Her husband and young daughter enjoy being active in their local church. In her free time, she enjoys reading and running an occasional 5K.
