Dr. Rouff was born and raised in Yuma, Arizona. He comes from a large family being one of eleven children. Prior to attending medical school, he has a background as a professional civil engineer. Dr. Rouff graduated medical school in 2014 and completed his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) residency at East Carolina University in 2019.
His PM&R training and background focuses on treating the whole patient, not just the symptoms. Dr. Rouff intends to help improve the patient’s function and allow them to return to the activities that they love.
His Interventional Pain fellowship was completed in 2020 and has joined Texas Pain Institute to further train in minimally invasive methods to manage pain.
In his free time, he enjoys weight lifting, woodworking, and spending quality time with his wife and three young children. Together, they love to travel and explore new places.
